Description:

Users may receive a 500 error when attempting to import CSV files into the Gradebook

In some cases, users will receive a 500 Internal Server error when importing a CSV file into the gradebook.
We have reported this issue to our software vendor, and they are working on a solution.

If you receive this error, and have the CSV file formatted correctly, try logging out of ICON, wait a minute or so, log back in to ICON and try uploading the CSV file again.
