Description:
[RESOLVED] Users get "File not found" error page when trying to log in.
Problem:: Users are occcasionally experiencing a "File not found" error after filling in login information. This seems to happen most frequently when a user enters an incorrect login/password combination, is then redirected back to the login page, and then tries to log in with correct login/password.
Workaround: This is caused by the browser cache not being refreshed. If you reload the page with the error message on it, you should find yourself logged in. Alternatively, you can quit your browser and restart it to clear your cache. This happened because ICON was recently moved behind a load balancer to better handle heavy usage loads, and your browser might still be trying to use cached data.
