Description:
[RESOLVED] Custom widgets with quotation marks in the title may cause homepage not to load.
This issue has been resolved.

Problem: If an instructor makes a custom widget and the title includes quotation marks, the homepage will display a 500 error instead of opening.
Workaround: Use the Edit Course link in the navbar to get to the widget. Edit it, remove the quotation marks, and save.
