Description:
[RESOLVED] Instructors may find their gradebooks timing out when they use the View by Sections option
Problem: A performance issue has been identified that causes the gradebook to fail (500 error timeout) when an instructor chooses the View by Sections option in the gradebook. The vendor has been notified by the University of Iowa and other institutions that this is a very high priority problem.
Solution: The vendor has put a fix in place on the system that has solved the problem. If you still experience it, please contact icon@uiowa.edu.
