Description:
[RESOLVED] Course Tools widget does not show up for roles higher than instructor/designer.
The way release conditions are handled for widgets have changed slightly, and currently only people enrolled as instructor/designers can see the course tools widget. We are working on a fix for this to ensure that other roles (such as Collegiate Admin) have access to the Course Tools widget.
