Description:
[RESOLVED] The email pop up window will close if you navigate to a different page in ICON
The email pop-up window now stays open until you close it or send the message.

If you click on the Email link to compose an email message and then click on a different page in ICON (i.e. Content, Discussions, etc) the email pop up window will be closed and you will loose your message.
We have contacted the software vendor about this issue, and they are working on a solution that will be included in a future upgrade. For now we suggest that you do not navigate away from the email page until you have finished typing your message.
