Description:
Discussion Posts that have been Read may be displayed as Un-Read
It is possible that the titles of Discussion posts (messages) that have been read by a user may be displayed as un-read. So far, this has only been known to happen when using Internet Explorer.
If you encounter this problem, try one of the following:
* Use a supported browser other than Internet Explorer, e.g., Firefox.
* If you are using Internet Explorer 6, clear your Browser cache and set your browser to factory (standard) settings.
* If you are using Internet Explorer 7, reset your Internet Explorer settings to the defaults (using Internet Options -> Advanced tab).
Disabling any browser add-ons, as well as turning off any anti-virus extensions that are designed to prevent malicious web activity may also help.
