When I copy my gradebook from an earlier course, which components do not copy?

The following will not copy and will need to be manually recreated:

1. Calculated grade items (columns)
2. Formula grade items (columns)
3. Grade display settings
4. Grade calculation settings
5. Final grade formula in a Formula System grade book
6. Final grade display options (on the Final Grade: Properties screen)
7. Student data
