How can I grade on a curve in ICON?

ICON does not have a built-in function for grading on a curve. However, there are at least three different work-arounds:

1. Create a grade scheme based on the highest score earned (e.g., 79 is an A+, etc.).
2. Base the grade scheme on a specified number of allowable A’s, B’s, etc.
3. Add a specified number of points to everyone’s grade.
