I can't upload the scores from Evaluation and Examination Services (EES). Why not?
If you’re having trouble uploading an EES file, ask yourself these questions:
- Do you have the right file (the one with ICON in the filename)?
- Have you opened this file and replaced <place name here> with the grade item name? Be sure to delete the brackets and keep the phrase Out of Grade.
- Did you use the correct item grade item name? Don’t use the short name, which appears in the Grades List but may be different from the actual name. (To check, click
Manage Grades and click on the name of the grade item. Then look in the Name field on the grade item Properties page.)
