Why can't my students see their quiz feedback?

ICON won’t release feedback—or mark a quiz as graded—unless the following options have been selected:

• On the quiz's Properties tab: Allow attempt to be set as graded immediately upon completion
• On the quiz's Submission View tab: Show Questions? Yes and Show question answers must be checked.

Unfortunately, selecting these options after students have already taken the quiz will not release the feedback to these students—or mark the quiz as graded—unless you also do the following:

1. Open the Quiz tool and click the Grade Quiz icon to the right of the quiz name.
2. Select the checkboxes beside the earlier quiz attempts.
3. Click Update.
