Finding your ICON course
Why isn't my ICON course listed?
Common reasons:
- The course listing is hidden. Try clicking the little plus sign beside the semester heading.
- Fewer than two days have passed since you registered for the class. The system requires up to 48 hours to add new registrants to online courses.
- Your instructor has not yet made the course available to students. Remind your instructor to "activate" the course, or call the ITS Help Desk at 384-HELP.
- Your instructor has not yet added you to the course. (This usually applies to non-UI or non-registered students.) Contact your instructor.

How do I get rid of old ICON course listings on my MyHome page?
Your old ICON courses will continue to display until your instructors de-activate them (make them unavailable to students). You could contact your instructors and request that they de-activate your old courses. Alternatively, you could click the minus sign beside the semester name to hide the courses listed for that semester.
