Run a system check

We recommend you perform a system check to ensure your computer contains the supported system and software requirements used in ICON.

The following topics introduce ICON’s basic user interface, navigation tools, and how to manage your account settings.

Guest Accounts: Logging In

Choose the “Non-UI Guests / Preview User Login” option.

Guest Accounts: Change your login password

If you are using ICON with a Guest Account (non-HawkID), you should receive an email that outlines a web address, username, and password for logging into ICON. After the first time you log in, change your assigned login password to a new password that only you would know.

    1. Click Account Settings from your personal menu on the minibar
    2. Click Change Password in the Account Settings tab.
    3. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
    4. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
    5. Confirm your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
    6. Click Save.

 

Guest Accounts: Forced Password Change

If you are using ICON with a Guest Account (non-HawkID), you may be asked to change your password when you first log in.  This is a one time action, and you can use your new password to log in to ICON in the future.

    1. Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
    2. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
    3. Enter your new password a second time in the Confirm New Password field.
    4. Click Save.
